Grand Theft Auto Online save data could not be loaded from the Rockstar cloud servers on PC
Did everything in the support page:https://support.rockstargames.com/articles/202892738/Grand-Theft-Auto-Online-save-data-could-not-be-loaded-from-the-Rockstar-cloud-servers-on-PC

yet the problem is still there, i can't play online. I can't seem to find a ling to write a ticket to get help from them too. What do i do? Is there a way to really fix this?

R*'s help pages rarely provide all the fixes for various issues. That one... can also be isp/regional connectivity errors, dns issues (try some others), onedrive, controlled folder access, other permission/admin related issues, and more.

In your case I'd try powering modem/router off 5-10 minutes, and possibly change dns. Maybe even 'RENAME' my docs / rockstar games to -old (similar to file removal mentioned below) in case the issue is somewhere else in that folder/subfolders (like cloudsavedata.dat (gtav/profiles/profile) - don't use R*'s cloudsaves, use local -.-). Some others complained of this error earlier. It could very well simply be something temporary completely unrelated to your end, and all you can do is wait it out. I certainly wouldn't go overboard like some do with uninstalling/reinstalling the game - almost always does nothing but waste bandwidth.

And of course.. more details may help. When you last played, other changes in system, mods for storymode, firewall, vpn, anything else you might have done to try to fix this, etc.

So many ways to have problems with this game/required apps.

Had the same problem after lost connection to a game server during some save from their part on my PC. Tried logging online many times, but always with the same error. Sometimes, this error is false and loading into another session helps.

Fixed it myself:

If you can't load your save from Rockstar cloud then go to c:\users\"your name"\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V\Profiles and move pc_settings.bin (copy and delete) to another location. Start game, optimize your brightness, save will load but with info about: You must end proloque of GTA V, then it will load your GTA V story save. Next, load by himself into online. Quit game. Overwrite a new pc_settings.bin with old one, becouse in this file are all your previously made changes of game settings, except keybinding and graphic. Enjoy.
