Is the Agency REALLY that good?
I recently bought the agency, on top of my hangar (haven't done anything with it yet besides put an avenger in it), coke lab, acid lab, nightclub and submarine (I run Cayo a few times daily), and so far its the business that i interact with the least. Everything about it is pretty much just something that another business already does and does way better. You can make up to 20,000 a day if you do 200 contracts? The nightclub will make you 50,000 a day so long as you do one 3 second to 3 minute mission every day (ejecting a guest or driving them home). It gives you missions that pay 36,000 to 64,000 (payphone hits are about the same), Terrorbyte and Fooligan missions pay just about as much if not more and are available just as frequently (fooligan jobs and payphone hits are both once a day and the fooligan jobs actually pay slightly more). They have a million-dollar contract mission that takes about an hour and can be done solo, even Cayo in its nerfed state with bad RNG will get you about a million in pure profit for absolutely no challenge. Am i missing something or is it basically a jack of all trades business that is a king at none?

Yes Agency is really that good.

The agency is pretty good, the Dr Dre contract can be redone (with a cooldown) and will pay a fixed 1 million each time (takes about 1h35 to do everything, each mission paying around 10 000 as well doing a total of about 1 110 000$).

The random missions are a fun activity to take in, they can pay up to 54 000 and don't take that long, also keeps you in the same lobby, you can just call Franklyn and do one at any time, it's content to keep you busy and profitable at the same time. And eventually the vault gain will rack up and never go down if you don't take care of it like the nightclub. Also there's no need to compare the nightclub and the agency passive revenue, you can have both at the same time since the agency requires no maintenance.

Is it better than cayo perico? No.
But people really need to stop comparing everything to cayo perico, it's not the norm, it's the best, if you wish your game time to be nothing but cayo perico ad nauseum i wont stop you but i prefer to just vary what i do just enjoying different missions even if they don't pay that much.... and the agency? well it pays pretty damn well.

So in conclusion you can keep doing only what pays the most and nothing else if that's what you desire but i truly believe the agency is one of the best for the ratio of fun/lucrative simply thanks to how varied the missions are.

You also get access to the Imani tech garage which gives you missile lock on jammer for most of the recent vehicles, if you hate kids with opressors this shuts them down as they are really carried by auto aim and can't do without it.

You basically need every type of business to stave off boredom, and not for any other reason. The Agency is just another way to do missions, but it has been well received and liked by most. It's good for solo player as well.....as there is only one achievement (payphone) that you will absolutely have to have a friend to accomplish.

BTW, my Avenger has never been in my Hangar, it has always been in my Facility.

Agency is like an all-in-one property. It is worth every penny and you can make the money you spend for it back very quick and more.

It is pretty good. For efficiency sake my advice would be to avoid doing the Asset protection and Vehicle Recovery security contracts though. Asset protection because it is a 10 minute timed mission no matter what with annoying enemy spawns which can jeopardize your payout. And Vehicle recovery because one of the missions you will get it to drive a super slow box truck all the way back from Humane labs and it is akin to torture. Otherwise it is a great business to make money with cool features like the personal gun store and Imani tech equipped car garage.

When you do the monkey rescue vehicle recovery, make sure you slaughter all the Merrywether goons right outside the overhead garage doors, then the drive back is much much quicker, and your monkey can calm down.

It's way more straightforward heist, no need to watch videos or search safe passages. If only rockstar made cutscenes skippable.
It has armory where weapons can be hided from weapon wheel and gives small discount on weapons / armor.

Its better than grinding out cayo all day back to back on top of other reasons that if you cared enough you would already know.
Why have a Nightclub with one business? top waste of money lol

Can also buy weapons here that you otherwise might not be able to. (Has a some weapons from the gun van, and if iirc, level restrictions dont matter.)

Because it makes a free $250,000 every 4 hours...? I spent $1.3 million on my nightclub last week and bought no upgrades for it, I've now made $4 million off of it for no effort or investment. How is that a waste of money? Massive L take.
Phone missions used to pay better so it's gone little bit worse. But I do play the story quite often because it's easy money. If we could skip the cutscenes, Agency would be amazing.
