Casino roulette bug

So every time I go to the roulette table I get to place my bet the dealer does their thing but after I win/lose it won't let me bet again I only have the option to quit the table but when I get up and go to a different table it does the same thing. I'm not trying to place 1 bet per roulette table. I have not modded the game and I already tried the Uninstall reinstall the entire game this only happened when the new chop shop update came out. If any one has any advice please let me know.

This exact same thing is happening to me and 2 other people I know on GTA.
I'm wondering if it happened with the most recent update?

i'm not playing GTAO with steam but with Rockstar Game Launcher,and this happened to me too

I think it's not Steam related
The game itself is broken

But probably because of the recent update
