Suspect spam messages (Social Club)

I was playing GTAO(Invite only session) when I started receiving some strange spam messages in Chinese in my social club from a user who wasn't on my list (Typical user that looks like a bot, username: lapdada666). Didnt stopped until blocked him, Anyone else out there with this problem?

Getting this type of inconvenience really discourages me from playing GTA every time I start playing again, and I always stop because of these same types of problems. do you remember what was said on the messages or just blocked him? (Im thinking about report this to rockstar support but I already blocked the "Bot" and dont remember what was in the message)

I've been getting these for the last two weeks it's in Chinese so I don't know what is said best to just ignore them

true (rockstar could give us the option to private the profile and not receive messages from non-friends, but it's rockstar... sad)

For reason, i choose 'violate privacy'. Because ive never interacted with them before.

Yes, I was quite concerned when I got this as well. Apparently these ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ get your information in public servers and wherever they can to randomly send people messages like this. Normally to (scam) purchase their mod menus and hacks, etc. Be sure to just block them, I only got one or two from them for the passed 6 months I have played

Exactly, although it's in chinese and I can't read that stuff either, it's not unsimilar to other messages, that I received recently, which all had "buy our new mod menu" advertising in them. Report, block, ignore and be done with them.

Same here, i've got 2 messages on chinese from an account from India!
The account was set up on 7.1.2024, the messages came 1 day later.

i literally stopped to play gtao after this, i dont fell safe playing the game anymore (i know that theres "nothing" to fear, but this is very annoying and give me bad vibes)

Same for me, I translated what they were saying. And it was something about a link and the benefits of ad block and teleportation and other stuff , blocked that account soon after.

That bot doesnt even own game .
Blocking him wont help , because he /she / it will spam you from another bot account again .
Just ignore, and move on ....
