GTA V crashing on loading screen.
I recently decided to download some mods for my game, after I tried to remove them my game started crashing. I verified every file (on Steam), i deleted every previous file, i redownloaded the game for at least 3 times, i run the program as an administrator, I disabled fullscreen optimization, I watched every single YouTube video on how to fix this issue but they only required me to download more mods or didnt work at all. Do you have any idea on how I can fix this issue? Thanks.

Time to compare 'again' ---- if it is not in the picture below - you delete it. Show hidden/system files - show file extensions, etc etc. Verify game files again after 'cleaning' to be sure.

Or - show file extensions, and delete ANYTHING that is NOT a .rpf file OR folder. This means all .exe, .asi, .dll, etc. Verify game files after. This process has worked since release. If it isn't - something else is up. I'd also go and RENAME my docs / rockstar games to rockstar games-old to rule out issues with permissions/corruption/save issues. Do NOT use cloud saves til you have confirmed the game works - use local (yes this resets you to prologue for storymode).

Without knowing 'what' was put in the game folder prior - it is entirely possible you removed files necessary for the game to function ----- that are not actually part of the game/install. This includes directx files, vcredist files, and media player/media feature pack files if on N/KN windows (and even if not). The error codes/log files/crash reports may be useful here... You may even be able to get lucky and manually try to run gta5.exe - and it could throw an error about missing files, or an error code - or, it just may say run through launcher and that's no real help -.-;;. If it does throw a file name - then you can install it/that package 'properly' - don't just slap files in the game folder.

If you still have problems and are 10000000% sure your game folder is clean... I would also verify you are in the correct game folder. i say this because many users use multiple copies and swap them around, or say they do and don't.. etc. Just something to check. After you are 100% sure the folder is clean - you could also empty recycle bin, or even restart the pc in case something is 'stuck'. Search your pc for gta5.exe, .rpf files, and whatever else if necessary to verify existance.

After 100% clean... we get into drivers, os/config, usb devices, background apps, overlays, connectivity, av/security, permissions/lack of, admin, onedrive, clocks/bios, recent R* launcher/social club updates/failures, and more.

Is there any way to get the original "clean" files that i had before i messed up with mods?

By doing my instructions ---- you are removing ALL mods / non-vanilla files.
If you used a 'mods' folder for openiv inside the gta5 folder - delete that too.

Once you've deleted anything'not' in that picture..... you verify the game files through steam. It will fix anything that isn't 'correct'. You've already redownloaded the game 3 times - if you simply did an uninstall/reinstall... they 'should' all be fine anyway. (or do it a 4th - which is uninstall gta5, then delete anything left... but the point is to not redownload near 400+gb... to fix a possible leftover mod/corruption issue...).

The verifying files 'after' deleting anything not in the picture is to double check/fix possible mistakes while deleting files in the first place. The wholesale deletion of any file that is NOT a .RPF file or a folder - is the same idea. Verify after.

Does running the gta5.exe prompt any error codes? File names? Does eventviewer show these crashes? What does my docs / rockstar games / launcher / launcher.log say in terms of error codes?

I click turn on in steam launcher, rockstar games loads and it says offline mode then GTA turns on and social club/rockstar games connect to the internet even though I'm connected all the time(I turn the game off). My procedure is that I remove the Social Club folder from this path "user"\Documents\Rockstar Games . Then I turn on GTA on steam again and when rockstar games loads I log in and GTA starts loading and when the loading screen where the bottom right says "entering online" the game crashes within a few seconds. It could be that I had FiveM on my computer but I removed it. I've had GTA 5 downloaded before. I played it all summer but needed the disk space so I uninstalled it. Now I don't even turn it on anymore.
(I try all fixes what I found)
Please help. Thank you
