Post Op delivery bug, not actually bugged

While many of you know it is not a problem, there are those who do not, this is for the latter.

When doing deliveries with Post Op Van, it seemed like it was bugged, even after returning years later it seemed to be bugged.

I checked threads relating to it, though some are years old, no one replied with relative information that might remedy the issue.

Issue being, you drive to first spot and you instantly get out of the truck and cannot get back in or get into any other Post Op delivery truck. You are screwed. Swap server and try again..... Not so!

There is a door, box or mailbox nearby. Go to it and activate to complete that delivery and then get back in truck and continue on. That simple.

I did not find out until Saturday night, many years after installing the game the first time, mind you I never checked Rockstar's discussion boards, but had checked steam and reddit's.

I have been back maybe a month now, I have had it with at least 6 deliveries in that time, 1 Special cargo, 1 weed or meth, 2 forgeries and 2 counter-fitting, mostly the latter 2. For coke it has been helicopters or planes, acid on the bike, nightclub the van or pounder, and only did 1 bunker... and I wrecked the sad plane they gave me trying to climb near top of mountain SW of Chiliad. Actaully got a screen shot of my plane upside down intact mere meters away.

Oops, that was the special cargo... well, I failed the Bunker one too but did so many in past 3 weeks, bought nightclub, terrobyte, forgeries, moved all businesses to islands in south, acid van, auto shop, moved salvage yard and clubhouse to nightclub in strawberry, bail bonds, vehicle warehouse and about to buy Oppressor mk2. Upgraded almost everything... so I have been super busy. I have added over 200 hours since returning.

I've never seen this "BUG" or any issue like it. The big challenge was to deliver 3 post op vans solo before time runs out.... not something you'd want to do all the time tho. But ya, better sharpen your memory skills for that one.....one mistake and you blew it.

As I said, it is not a bug, it just did not tell me to put it in another spot.... across the street. As soon as I got there, it just kicked me out telling me to deliver the mail. Was not for a friend who came and joined me on server I would still not know to run across the road to look for door, box or mailbox to make delivery. If he hadn't been there I would have cancelled by swapping to same server in the first place. 12 out of 15 delivered, he had to go afk and had the final truck with 6 minutes to go.... but hey, it happens.
