right
most likely there are servers f or just that
so why not use fivem
these cheaters are dead weight.
For starters, it makes the so called "free" content actually free. You don't have to spend thousands upon thousands of dollars in real money on their shark card scam, (which would only buy you a tiny fraction of the "free" content) nor do you have to pay by investing your time tediously grinding the same boring heists and missions over and over (and over and over and over and over) in order to afford just a couple of the "free" vehicles.
For another it allows you to spawn vehicles from your garage instantly. No longer do you have to call the mechanic (and have him not answer, an intentional design choice to increase the time it takes you to grind cash) no longer will your car spawn a mile away from you forcing you to run to it. (another intentional design decision made in order to increase the amount of time it takes you to grind cash)
The cheat menu also offers complete protection against other cheat menu users. No longer will anyone be able to teleport, transform, alter, or otherwise mess with you in any way.
Beyond that there's some fun stuff you can play with. Things like altering gravity so you can jump super high, or increasing your run speed so you don't need cars anymore.
Honestly most of these features of the cheat menu should be available in the game, at least under some sort of "creative mode"
For every 1 cheat menu user who is trolling lobbies and destroying games there are at least 5-10 more who are quietly using their cheat menu to simply enjoy the game along with the "free" content.
Of course you can always go the route I did instead and just stop playing GTAV online altogether. After seeing how much better the game is with a cheat menu, I don't even want to play it unless I were to break down and get a cheat menu myself.
Those who purchase shark cards are literally paying for future Rockstar games to be worse. They rake in around 1 billion dollars per year just by scamming people into buying shark cards to obtain the "free" content, and they still think that is "under monetized"

Does BattlEye need to run when playing on a Community RP Server?
Official Rockstar Community (RP) Servers will not require BattlEye to play. Community Server launchers will disable BattlEye as part of their launch processes.
There is also the ability to disable battleye in the launcher/settings, or via -nobattleye
Of course, people can still install the R* launcher from gtav / redistributables folder, and attempt to toggle battleye off before launch. No one has actually answered if that works - still trying to sort out what'if needs to happen for R* launcher 'not' to ask that first time. Some users simply do not want to install/'uninstall' it.
I know it says I can disable it during SP, but how do I know it is totally disabled? The answer is, I don't.
After disabling it in the launcher, it doesn't open gta5_BE.exe while in story mode. I attemped to go online and it threw me out stating battleye was not running. Then, uninstalled the service via command prompt, and deleted the 'battleye' folder from the gtav folder, also deleting the little gta5_be.exe. Storymode, still worked perfectly fine, as well as storymode mods.
I will be putting together a clean drive tomorrow, to install all this over and monitor/pay much closer attention to what changes where (if anything else does in fact change). Likely some registry entries or some other 'meh'.
edit - this part is put on hold for now.
Likely, I see every future R* launcher update proposing the same buttons to say yes, not and more silly hoops to jump through vs taking my choice of no to battleye, and moving forward unless they maybe add more options to the /battleye / belauncher.ini
Per 'uninstall' - https://www.battleye.com/support/faq/
Open an admin command prompt and run "sc delete BEService"
Can open services.msc after and see if Battleye's service was removed.
Uninstalling the game (or deleting the files) should have removed the battleye folder.
c / program files x86 / common files / battle eye is another 'location' of files.
There is also a BElauncher.ini in the gta5/battleye folder with silent install.
Trying to get it to repop the installation approval window. -.-
----You can also open a command prompt window - navigate to gta5 folder and run
' gta5_be 4 ' and it will pop up a window and ask if you wish to uninstall battleye.
Doesn't actually appear to remove the contents of the gta5/battleye folder. It appears to cause the battleye install window to pop up again on launch. If I cancel and open the R* launcher up and uncheck battleye in settings and try again, it doesn't ask to install when launching gta5 through steam. Which- is the basic purpose of finding out if a storymode//modding user only, could just- not install battleye, configure the launcher to not use battleye, and play is if nothing happened - vs - a forced install/disable, or forcedinstall/uninstall of battleye.
Whether or not this uninstall covers all the bases - no idea. Not currently checking.
Bed time for now.
