Having GTA V on Rockstar Games Launcher , get it on Steam without rebuying it

Is it possible to have these games on Steam , without buying them again ?

Since you purchased GTA V on the Rockstar Games Launcher, it will not be possible to play the Steam version of the game. Each platform requires a separate purchase to access its version of the game.
