has there been any mod that adds all online content to singleplayer?

characters, cars, missions, whatever...

I stopped playing after they ♥♥♥♥♥♥ the whole game with the mercenaries update. came back recently to see... yeah, no, still ♥♥♥♥♥♥. still havent brought back the removed vehicles, still havent updated to E&E, and by the looks of what ive seen, they just keep going the fomo route with gta+ and whatever other garbage theyve shoved in there.

gta 6 online is gonna suck ass and i hate everyone who begged for it constantly cause i know its gonna be a live service disaster with rockstars greedy claws digging into it at any opportunity. but thats beside the point.

is there like... mods or something that basically convert everything from online to singleplayer? minus all the god awful decision making from rockstar?

There have been individual mods that try to replicate online content such as:

However there hasn’t been an overarching mod that completely adds absolutely everything, and in addition to that most of these mods are limited in what they can do, unfinished or have a lot of bugs, or are just outdated and don’t work.

You can still get DLC vehicles, and there are some mods that include them in traffic, such as this one

Unsure about the themed garages one as the one that I checked out seemed to be outdated, however I’m sure resources exist and there is probably an updated mod for it

There is also this mod (GTA:Online Missions for Single Player(https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-online-missions-for-sp)), though I don't know how much work it can do.
