buy cheap cars NOT EXPENSIVE
cars dont need to be cool
do heists with friends
buy money factory
buy nightclub
thats everything i know :)
HOPE IT HELPS
Spin the casino wheel every day = varies and random.
Auto shop robbery contracts = Up to $300k per hour.
VIP work = $150k per hour.
Heists = Up to $4 million.
Nightclub Owner = $1 million per day.
Buy Nightclub - upgrade it with extra bartenders for safe income .
Buy Kosatka , learn how to do heist solo .
After that :
-Chumash bunker
-Facility
-Auto Shop
-Sparrow,Hydra, Buzzard, etc ...
Without MC businesses, the Nightclub is only profitable for the 50k daily income that's deposited in a safe that only holds 250k. So I wouldn't put this at the top of my list..
Kosatka is good for solo heists, but what people don't mention is the headache, turmoil and utter BS involved with this heist. The changes R* made to make the heist more difficult, the unforgiving accuracy of the AI during preps, the bugs & glitches throughout the entire thing.. People aren't wrong, Cayo CAN be good money.. but once they lowered the value of targets, I didn't see a point to putting up with everything else when there's other ways to make comparable compensation..
Bunker closer to the city is good for running weapons (you will have a hard time running weapons solo from Paletto Bay). However, I find the bunker near the prison and windmill farm easier accessible from more of my other properties and would recommend this one just as much as the Chumash bunker.. Nonetheless, I would wait till you complete all of your research before moving.. this gives you a chance to save for the move and make the move when R* puts bunkers on sale. Granted a lot of research is crap, but there are some goodies worth having.
Facility is a big expense with the only return being the profits from the Doomsday heists, which have a number of preps AND setups as well as 3 finales that exponentially increment in difficulty from the last.. The final finale being one of the most difficult missions in the game. I'd hold off on this till you're tired of Casino & Cayo heists.
Autoshop is pretty good.. but after you've completed all of the contracts and got your first time bonus, the only one really worth doing is Union Depository contract which gets you 270k. It has ~15 minutes of prep and the finale can typically be ran in 10~15 min as well. So the worst thing there is the cool down.
Some adds I would recommend would be:
- Arcade: Allows you to set up and complete Diamond Casino Heists; which can make you 1.6~1.8m per run once you get the hang of it (as long as you have a friend willing to help for the minimum 15%). The arcade can also make $5k per GTA day and is kept in a safe that maxes out at $50k.
- Agency: This has a few ways to make money and has some goodies you can purchase as well. Goodies include a penthouse like quarters, a car modification workshop where you can purchase Imani Tech, and a gunman that you can purchase weapons, ammo, and armor from. Making the Agency a one-stop-shop for Snacks, Armor and Weapons.
Means of making money from the Agency include:
- Payphone contracts: With bonuses and thee newly adjusted cooldown, if you can keep busy with these, you can make 150~200k an hour.
- Security contracts: I've really only done these during x2 payout weeks, but normally they can get you 35~55k per gig. OFC, the more you do, the easier they get from repetition.
- VIP Contract: This is a storyline based series where you help Dr Dre take care of some issues that kept him and his crew from going to the party on Cayo Perico. Once completed, this pays $1m to the host (other players get normal contract mission rewards).
- Daily income safe: This holds 250k (IIRC) and daily income is based on how many security contracts you have completed. Unlike nightclub and scrapyard, this income will not decrease. For every 5 security contracts you have completed, you will make $500 additional per GTA day. I have completed ~47 contracts, so I make $4500 /day.
1) Run some Simeon/Martin/Gerald contact missions and get comfortable with aiming, shooting, covering, snacking, etc.
2) Once comfortable, head to the yellow "R" north of Sandy Shores Airport. This will begin hosting the Dax missions. After hosting the first 6, you will be rewarded the Acid lab for free.. congratulations on your first business, and one that you EARNED no less.. After 5 more follow-up missions, you can get an electric hyper car worth over $2m to scratch that new car itch that so many starting players get.
3) Run ten Freakshop missions for Dax by calling him or meeting up with him inside the Freakshop. After the 10th mission, you can upgrade your acid lab and should have piled up enough money to do so by this point. Make sure you use the daily increase production rate so your acid is produced faster. Keep calling Mutt and buying resupplies. When you can't buy any more since the last time you called, you're probably at full product and ready to sell.
4) After the above has been done, go to the green "H" marker just west of the Casino. You'll get a phone call to meet Lester in the park. Go to the green "L" in Mirror Park nearby and after a 5 min cutscene you'll be able to purchase an arcade. These are expensive, so you might need some help getting money for it. Best arcades are 8-Bit and Videogaddeon.. do NOT, and I can't stress this enough, do NOT buy an arcade north of the casino. Not only will you have little to no chance at getting elite challenge, but you will be suffering with longer prep and mission times all together. Use the laptop in the arcade to set Gang War cabinets in any/all spaces you can to maximize your Arcade earnings each day (only buy other cabinets if you want the games and/or they're on sale).
5) Once you have the casino, and hopefully some friends that have gotten you here and help with the heists for minimal cuts, you should save for a Kosatka (submarine). These are ~$2.2m but you should really purchase the Sparrow option for it too, so you're looking closer to $3.5m total. Don't buy the Avisa sub (it's the slowest sub in the game) and you don't need guided missiles right away (they can always be purchased and added later)
By this point, you own two properties that give you the opportunity to make the most money per job.. where anyone goes from here is up to them.. I just can't stress enough that clothes and vehicles are diminishing purchases with little to no returns.. put your money where you'll make money before you blow what little you start with.. I would probably recommend going off of whatever R* puts on sale for the week you can afford a new purchase.. and this applies for both properties as well as vehicles.. over the years, waiting to purchase the weekly sales has easily saved me well over $10m..
I was finish all Dax missions , and Im pretty sure that I had to buy acid lab ,
Now people saying that is free .
I visited Mutt in Freak Shop and I had message to go to warstock site and buy it from there .
Upgrades were available after 10 dumb works for Dax with huge cooldown between missions .
Few more things...
Don't buy a nightclub. I mean it's a great business but not to start. Very expensive and you need to own other businesses to link them to your nightclub to make a passive profit.
My list would look like this:
1. Dax missions and an Acid Lab plus lab upgrades. (Double cash this week)
2. Bunker (Farmhouse for it's central location)
3. Arcade (I would recommend Videogeddon (I own it) or Eight Bit ))
4. Probably Kosatka submarine to do Cayo Perico heist but keep in mind that this hesist has been nerfed recently. Still very good and can be completed solo but it's not as great as used to be.
5. Vehicles - I would buy things like Armoured Kuruma, Zentorno, Buzzard, Sea Sparrow (after you buy Kosatka). Obviously Opressor Mk II (it's great thing to own but very expensive plus you need a Terrorbyte to equip it with homing missiles)
6. Things to AVOID (Facility, Arena Workshop, Yacht, Casino Penthouse, no more than one high end apartment).
Good luck
Chumash is nearest bunker to town ( if you want that extra payout ).
Zentorno ? I think that R* removed that car
Night club ? Passive money - 250K in 5 games days taken from safe
Facilitry ? It will pays out itself when you finish heist in order + you will get trade prices for important vehicles like Khanjali , etc ...
Opressor MK II is a must have for fast travel , missions , defends , etc ...
Are you playing GTA V (the single player story) or GTA Online (the multiplayer part)?
Finish and hosting are two different things.. maybe you did a mission, but didn't host it.. so you had to buy the acid lab. It's been free since day one for completing "On The Rails".
I'm talking about returns on "investment".. how long will it take for that to make you your money back..
Chumash, meh, to each their own.. I find the bunker just south of the prison to be ideal for me since most of my properties are on the eastern/middle side of Los Santos.
The Zentorno is a good car, but I don't see any reason to drop 600k (when it's available on sale), or even more at the LSCM, until you have money to spend on cars and vehicles..
Opressor Mk2.. same applies.. it's good for quick spawning and getting away, but it's missiles aren't what they used to be.. for the money that it costs now too, it's better to learn aircraft spawn points and use a Raiju..
Facility & Nightclub.. again, I'm talking about how long it takes to make your money back. 250k every 4.5 hrs of constant game play, to make back 2.5m for the cost of the NC.. it's going to take you 45 hrs.. for that same 2.5m and same 45 hrs, how much are you going to make from casino heists and cayo? Facility doesn't even have daily income, the heists take longer to prep and aren't as enjoyable, easy and/or profitable, as casino/cayo..
2nd. disconnect and go to 1st. part
I instal this ♥♥♥♥ after two years like 10 minutes ago, had about 50 000$ try play online and getting spammed by money, now I have around 20 000 000$ and disconnect and turn off game, GTA is just cheat fest.
