to write something contributive aswell, i want to point out that laptop graphiccards are no match for the same gpu on a dectop pc.
a quick check online shows your rtx3050 ti mobile has bareley 1/4 of the performance of an rtx4090 and only half compared to an 1080 ti, which is 7 yearls old.
so figure out what this means for a rockstar game that will be poorley optimized as they all were, and for which not even a releasedate is anounced yet.
maybe it will take another 5 years, so i guess start saving money for a new pc.
and as a personal advice, maybe dont chose a laptop. the advantag of carrying it around is nothing compared to the performance loss :/
