Hey!
Is there a way to disable this crap? I mean is that even legal?

I bought this game and it won't let me in because i have no way of logging into the email i registered it with anymore.

making a new rockstar account doesnt work either because it says that i have already linked a steam account to it.

so yeah i basically am so close for just pirating a game i have bought.. fc this

I solved this issue like this:

Firstly, The problem is that their website doesn't have a support ticket for such problem

So I used a compromised account ticket and wrote that my account isn't really compromised but I have lost the email and can't access it no more.

They asked for a receipt for the game and the activation serial key, which you can find both on steam

Then, they will ask you to give them a new email that is not in use with any different Social Club account.

And then you can access your game.

Can't really disable, just 'bypass'. One method is use of -launchdirectly and -scofflineonly, but it still requires you to have logged in properly to be authenticated by the drm. How long that lasts, who knows.

Or, just recover the social club account - R* can help you change the email on sc acc if you can't log in. Naturally, this is going to require answering questions, jumping through hoops, etc - and if you are lucky.. only take a few hours.

tl;dr/lazy - use this link below to contact R* without logging in to RECOVER your/the already linked social club account/fix/change email to one you have access to. Be explicit in stating that. Yep, many hoops to jump to prove you are the owner, have the steam account, cdkey etc, and days to wait/repeat yourself -

Merck, how do you find the receipt for the game in steam ?
I can find the activation serial key but no reciept?

Account info/purchase history on steam. Email from steam about purchase.

This is the beauty of live service games, you dont own them and they can deny you access.
