Action Figures Bug

I've got 99 action figures. The Beast was figure 99, but Bigfoot (figure 100) won't spawn. I know I'm in the right place because I found The Beast, but even after rebooting the game Bigfoot won't spawn.

I'd like to try some fixes before I contact tech support. Any ideas?

weren't you already here and complained about missing 98 figure, how did you manage to find that one?

maybe try verify game files to make sure that nothing is corrupted
you were on the spots as shown in the videos, some players reported that some of their figures were invisible, but it got checked as collected, when they ran over the spots

there were also now multiple updates and people already complained about bugs right after release, maybe R* just screwed up or the script isn't loading correctly this happened already multiple times, like the halloween disaster with ufo locations
maybe the figurine is glitched into ground for example through bad coordinates

always do this stuff in invite only session to avoid any interference from cheaters or other players

some helped a restart of the game and their figurine finally arrived at the scrapeyard

contact support if nothing works to get the outfit

Action figures also might not spawn if you have a wanted level, or if you entered the nearby area with a shootout either with NPCs or other players. Figures can also glitch if you enter some areas right after completing a mission.
wasn't there a gang activity at the scrapeyard?
maybe try during another time
this one on the scapeyard should last from 04:00-12:00 am

Yes, that was me. I found the figures I missed, and I've gotten The Beast, but not Bigfoot. I followed the steps like you've explained, but now my new issue is that when I try and submit the ticket (with screenshots, I get this message:

"There was an error on submission. Please check all fields and try again."

works as good as the game ^^

maybe try submitting a ticket without screenshot first to get the option for the livechatt
they changed their stupid homepage design already multiple time in the past and iam not up to date anymore

I've tried submitting with and without screenshots, and neither of them work. I've tried walking around the area in case it was invisible like you said, or hopefully close enough behind the geometry to access. No luck yet.

online>trophies>pc

entered your ingame id; steamlauncher as starting option
discribe the issue in a few lines and send the ticket?

looks like you can only get live chatt option for certain topics like installation or connectivity

maybe try these topics connectivity or installation and get access to the live chatt than describe your problem to them or does this also won't work?

I'm sorry, man. You're laying down some great ideas here, but the system doesn't seem to want to cooperate.

Taking this back to that 100th action figure, are there any other methods you can think of? Rockstar Support seems to be becoming more trouble than it's worth.

Did you get some figures dropped by cheaters or something? How did you manage to spawn 99th, but not 100th.

I remember one time a hacker showed up in a server I was in and made it rain a few action figures, but I went around the map to all 100 locations.

don't know what went wrong for you
but it is a bloody mess

i could create a ticket about a lost car but somehow R* decided now to reset my password automaticly.... because the old one wasn't save enough anymore even while it had everything necessary more than 8 letters, big letter and numbers.

as i already mentioned you can only get access to live chatt for a few topics and the formulars for the different issues also differ
in the old ones you have to enter your username by hand and in the new one you can simply click on the field and select your username and also select the avatar

maybe the browser is the issue if you always get the same error, that some scripts are blocked or the antivirus is blocking something
i used firefox
