Is the PS5 version of the game still visually better than PC?

From my understanding, an expanded and enhanced edition released for the ps5 and xseries but never came to PC. Apparently, these versions look better than the PC version.

Is this true? And is the EE upgrades going to come to PC?

That's an opinion and you're entitled to that; personally, I believe that the PS5 Xbox Series ? version looks better. The facts though, are that the PS5 version got a texture update and ray tracing. Is it a massive improvement? No, but it IS an improvement over what PC offers, none-the-less.

Ah, fair enough. In the end though, the PS5 versions' visuals are better due to the plain and simple fact that they're updated.

Compared to mods though? PS5 visuals are not even in the same league as PC

Playing on performance or performance RT the game does not look better visually, only o n fidelity mode it does and that's locked at 30 fps

I mean, in the end what you're saying is that the game, which is basically just an updated version of the PS4 version, looks worse than the PS4 version. No offense, but that makes no sense to me. Either it will be equal in a person's eyes, because they are roughly the same, or the more updated one will be better due to the graphical updates.
