Story is technically better, but online has more content. At the same time, Story has content that Online doesn't, very frustrating.
Plus character creation is a major necessity for me. You're definitely right though; Story mode is better than Online in nearly every aspect.

some heist where you work on a movie with the movie guy (the old guy forget his name)
correct me if wrong, i think theres also a casino heist similar to san andreas casino, not the gta online casino heist
