This could also include other variables.... important when you read the FAQ and see "Q: Why am I not seeing SAHP on the highway? A: This seems to mainly occur on non-English copies of the game. A fix for this is in the works, and will be included in a future update." There could be a ton of variables mod authors have to fight -and is likely why they keep stressing on this mod - that it goes into a CLEAN gta5 install, test, then add another mod, test. The joys of modding storymode, and mod conflicts. Only thing I could suggest there is if you were using non-english in windows or the game, and test in english --- as just that alone, has caused problems with vanilla gta5 with various updates over the years. And of course, if your game didn't start as 'clean - 100% NO other storymode mods'.. test as such.
I installed this into a clean gta5 copy. Only added scripthookv, shvdotnet, and fwboxstreamervariables like the install requirements said (be sure they are installed properly...). Then, simple trainer for the screenshots/carnage. Not going to run around and spawn everything as I have 6 red stars, apcs, tanks, coast guard, parachuting men and what not. I will assume it is 'working fine for me'.

When in doubt of a clean intall - nuke the 'mods', scripts, plugins folders etc, turn on file extensions and delete anything not a .rpf file in the gta5 root folder, and verify game files (or just delete 'everything' - and verify afterwards).

edit - 'made' a clean directory means what? You made a copy of your modded game, then cleaned it? That won't work if it isn't 'the default' install of the game. You cleaned your game folder, installed scripthookv, scripthookvdotnet, fwboxstreamer, openiv, and RDE? Did you install nativetrainer with scripthookv? Does it open/work? Did you read the part about non-english? Without seeing it - I need to ask questions or you need to be specific - almost to the point of screenshots of the game folder if necessary.
