Arcade not showing up in foreclosure for purchase.

I have done the pre-requisite of meeting Lester at the Mirror Park. I had the arcade show up in the Foreclosure list before and didnt have the money to buy one just yet. I grinded to save up the money and when i finally got the money. The arcade is just not showing up in the list of Maze Bank Foreclosure. I dont know what is preventing me to buy the arcade at this point.

Couple others posted here yesterday and weren't so lucky. Sounds like R* removed the ability to even acquire the arcade so more players don't waste $2+m on a property that they can't even setup to make $5k per GTA Day let alone setup and do the heists the property was really intended to be used for. Count the fact that you cannot find the arcade as a blessing.. or you'd be one of those out $2m with a run down out of operation arcade to show for it..
