Map In left corner of screen has disappeared.

Please Can anyone tell me how to make the mini map on the bottom of active game screen appear. I'll be riding vehicle or just in walking mode, but my map in the corner of the screen is gone. I didn't change no settings but this is the one of more problems I have been experiencing tonight. Otherwise an excellent game. But I am not changing any settings and my game won't always run fullscreen, or the player just starts firing when I ain't pressing any buttons. Them issues have been resolved since. But I can't get my mini map to appear on the screen which makes it tough to navigate nearly all of Los Santos and Blaine County.

pause the game go to settings / display/ then check radar is set to on
