yep only 30. 31st you either gonna get through older save where you havent picked all of them or if you dont have older saves then you got to start from beggining and play till you can buy that dock again. I did noticed that one other achievement requires to pick up 51 letter scraps even though there are only 50.

Played this game multiple times on different platforms (100%). It's 30.

so i will never get 31 because i got this on pc only,,or is bugged the achievements

I just got the achievement so i can confirm what troublemaker said. Make a save just before collecting all because you would need to collect an extra. If you're interested i saved right before i collected the last two, if anyone wants it let me know

Alright I've been meaning to upload this since time ago ever since I saw this thread but gta5mods takes SOOO damn long to approve a save file (did it since march, still waiting). So ♥♥♥♥ it, here's a download link from MEGA:

The link leads you to a download that has a save where there's 2 waste remaining, the text file has the last 2 locations listed and a yt video showing you it. Hopefully y'all can get your achievement now.
