Forced to do "Lester's Assassination"? Merryweather Heist glitch? HELP! (spoiler)

As Franklin, Lester will give you 5 mission to made a lot of money with stock market but it advised to wait for beating the game first before doing them so you can grow your 25+ millions dollars into 1,5+ billions dollars.

So im actually trying to do Merryweather Heist but there is no preparation mission showing up... I did EVERYTHING up now with Michael (train pilot) and Franklin (train shooting). I already beat the game once on Xbox and never had this problem before. I did EVERY single mission possible that i can do until now with the three characters. Only missions left are finding the aliens ship part for Omega and Lester's assassination. I did the first assassination because it is required to progress further in campaign.

I just did the mission with Trevor wich consist to scout the Docks with Floyd so we can rob Merryweather but there is a problem... After doing the plan there is no way to prepare the Heist... Ron tell me he gonna contact me when he'll get info but he never call me... I spend almost a month (in GTA time) waiting for his call but nothing happen.

Now im asking myself "Am I obligated to do lester's assassination?". If yes, why woudl EVERY wikis say we can keep them for the after campaign to get a ♥♥♥♥ ton of money? And why is there video about that to show us how to do it?

For now im simply wandering around the city, knocking out everybody that cross my path with Trevor.

You have to complete the hotel assassination (the first lester mission) before you can proceed. The other missions can be done after the main storyline is completed :)

Anybody who follows this guide should not own a PC anyway.

Deleting system32 is, surprise surprise, a very bad idea. But from Vista onwards, the deletion process will eventually stop (because the files are still in use), and after restarting the computer, it prompts you to restore the system files. You restore them and tadah, no problem. Question of 20-30 minutes.

Agreed. You don't need to necessairily kiss their as*es OP, but I'm not sure talking down to them is the best idea ever either.
