Trainers typically don't work in online games, as most of the important data is kept server side, not in your memory.

BTW, trainers are cheating, and cheating is fu-ck you

Delete all mods before going online, or you will usually crash and are risking a ban if you somehow do get online. This is by design.

the trainer is BUILT to crash upon entering GTAO,you'll be banned if you get mods in online

The trainer, says it will delete the files when you join online, so u won't get banned, but i am deleting the files myself just in case.

if it didn't crash your game, you would have got yourself banned...

Rockstar Games official statement about mods
We have always appreciated the creative efforts of the PC modding community and we still fondly remember the awesome zombie invasion mod and original GTA map mod for GTAIV PC among many other classics. To be clear, the modding policy in our license has not changed and is the same as for GTAIV. Recent updates to GTAV PC had an unintended effect of making unplayable certain single player modifications. This was not intentional, no one has been banned for using single player modifications, and you should not worry about being banned or being relegated to the cheater pool just for using single player PC mods. Our primary focus is on protecting GTA Online against modifications that could give players an unfair advantage, disrupt gameplay, or cause griefing. It also bears mentioning that because game mods are by definition unauthorized, they may be broken by technical updates, cause instability, or affect your game in other unforeseen ways. - Source : Rockstar Newswire[www.rockstargames.com]

TL;DR - Single player mods are kinda "allowed". Don't use mods while playing online. Create backup and delete your mods when you go online. It's at your own risk anyway.

It´s an old thread but i got an temp ban using nativ trainer in gta online. I forgot to delete ScriptHook and NativTrainer and played online. I wonderd why no one was in my session and why i was in a queue for about 20 Minutes.

I don´t cheat in MP (i payed for the game and why risk an perma ban?). I used an 100% Savegame (i completed the Story on PS3 twice) but i don´t think this is an problem.
