EDIT: From what I can tell the two infected mods are Noclip and Angry Planes. ScripthookV and native trainers are clean.
People decided to take things into their own hand, make their own mods and have them untrustworthy to downloadable. Mind you the first few mods im sure were/are legit.
But now evil little scumbags decided to take advantage of R* and the mod community because there in no thrust in what you really download.
At least someone had the brains to check the files but who knows how much damage is caused now.
R* doesnt support mods so GL
TL;DR
Change your password if you use mods
Angry planes was a single player mod that caused planes to try to crash into the player. It also gave them optional missiles. This is the only known infected mod at the moment.

Spread the word.
I use mods and I found my computer was infected with "Fade.exe". I removed ALL my mods and Fade.exe and changed all my passwords. You should do the same if you use mods. If you don't use mods comment below about how we deserve it and what a bunch of idiots we are for using mods.
Click the links above for more info.
EDIT:
There's also some files called "init.exe". One of them has the same icon as Fade.exe so you should get rid of those too.
