On Brazilian Steam Store, it is 37.87 USD (32.77 EUR), but I guess it is region locked and not giftable to users outside Latin America.

Hopefully by then the game will have been out for 2 months and it might recieve some sort of discount. Thats what I am holding out for. It seems a bit rediculus to sell a game released in 2013 for full price in 2015, so I am not planning on paying the 60.

There is no way to say this without sounding like a total d-bag, but it is actually spelled ridiculous. It's one of those words that sounding it out with certain accents is misleading.

I agree with this. Besides the pre-order bonus is trash, nothing is lost by at least waiting to see if they do the PC ver justice.
