[Solved]GTA V uncut version not playable in germany ?

I read something of an existing uncut version on steam (even though i couldnt find any store-page til now).

Is it true ? Is the germany version cencored and can't we play the uncut version in germany ?

Many governments censor videogames, take Australia and Saints Row IV for an example, so it's not unlikely that somewhere, this game will be censored, i mean, you take drugs to become animals, you can get high, you can drink till you pass out, and there are topless hookers who give you lap dances.

I can't find any uncut version in any of the steam stores, not just €, thats why im confused about this.

The Doctor - thats why this game is for mature audiences, goverment can lick our balls , not censure our games, there are more important problems than taking drugs in a videogame x_X

to OP: try this way:
-> Open Steam Store on your WEB browser
-> Go to GTA V page
-> At your address link, add "?cc=US", the price will be US and it will be US version.
But Im not so sure about region lock, if you purchase it, you may not able to play it

Don't think there's any form of region locks, trade locks maybe but not region locks. OP can always opt to buy elsewhere, but not sure if it'll be the steam version. GMG, for one, does not have the steam version and it's priced much lower than steam.

Don't buy it at all, Rockstar wants to give you the ol' Cold finger in the bum with no lube and you want to gladly take it. Just wait it out, you'll probably be able to buy it cheaper somewhere else.

^ oh ! Because Valve recently added region lock, so its really confusing for me.
I thought if you purchase something at a region, you will only be able to play it at that region. lol

Depends though. Some copies may be region locked due to censorship. If it's trade locked, there won't be a warning in the store page, only when you are checking out. They will mention that the game cannot be added into your library if you are not in the countries listed. But you should be able to access the game from anywhere in the world.

Well i can get it a bit cheaper but they are telling me that their version can't be activated in germany nor played if activated with special software :<

There's currently a German version of GTA V's preorder, but the reason for that is probably the fact that GTA: San Andreas, which is one of the preorder boni, is just available as low violence version in Germany.
Taking into account that there were no problems with the console versions, I'd assume that there won't be any with the PC version either, but that's just a guess.

Grand Theft Auto V is 100% Uncut in Europe and in America and many other Countrys. But in Japan was the game not really Uncut.

100% uncut in Germany. San Andreas wasnt tho, thats why you get the censored version of that game if you pre order. Thats it, nothing to worry about, germanys politics have become way better than they used to be.

GTA V PreOrder is (DE) in Germany.
But i read here its because of GTA:SA, which is cut. GTA V should be the same in any country.
