GTA V: Producer and chief designer Imran Sarwar. Who is that guy?

Co-producer and chief designer of Rockstar* North out of the blue and never mentioned before GTA V.
Does anyone know more about him? Never heard of him before.

Can't believe no one's actually bothered to do some research here. This link explains it all. He's the lead mission designer of all the GTA games (ie he's the one that designs the missions).
