Are you using v-sync? There's a workaround for some buffering issue. Every time you start the game change a video setting that will refresh the screen, apply it, and then change it back, and apply it. (I turn MSAA off, and then back to 2x)

If I don't the game runs horribly, so each and every time I start the game I pause, do that change, and then play with no problems.

Hope that helps, if it doesn't then you have some other issue.

Oh and if you are using v-sync, turn it off in-game, and apply it from the nvidia control panel. I find it's much smoother and I never drop down to lock at 30fps.

Make sure you are doing that ^^^ above to enable the vsync buffering. Also make sure nothing is using CPU resources in the background.

When i first started playing it was stuttering like mad at high fps using gsync so i had to turni t off and lock to 60hz Vsync, the stutters arent too bad, they happen sometimes when driving and i get a little judder sometimes when walking. I've had that with 1 or 2 games before, especially skyrim when things are loading in on the distance, might be that same reason...

You need a new PC, that one's old. The 980Ti's will blow it out of the water.

Not sure what kind of stutter you have but can try this it fixed issue with jittery mouse movement.

******* SOLVED!!! ******** Will update OP.

The solution in that link has completely killed the stuttering. The stutter I have (had, now) as how you describe in the link; when moving with WASD and panning mouse.

Not only has it stopped the stutter that remained after turning off Advanced Settings, it also reduces the stutter with Advanced settings On / 50% Sliders. It's still there, but not as bad...I think if they patch the game some more it will go entirely.

I thought it was nonsense that my CPU wasn't strong enough to play the game. I knew there would be some conflicting software or design issue, and that's exactly what it was, all along.

People, if you have a at least a 4 core CPU @ 4.4 GHz or more then it's over the to your GPU to handle everything else. Ignore the shouts for CPU upgrades, it's utter nonsense at the moment.

That's fantastic, thank you for your help, dude. I can now play the game how I want to play it.
