Epsilon Robes not delivering

[Finaglio]

I've already completed every epsilon mission leading up to the mission where you are forced to wear the epsilon robes for 10 days, but after ordering the robes and receiving the confirmation email the robes were never delivered.

I've already tried:

-Repurchasing the robes (at least five times)
-Saving and reloading
-Sleeping
-Dying
-Switching to Online and back
-Calling Marnie (who doesn't answer)

Anyone had this problem in the past and/or knows how I can fix the problem and get the robes to be delivered?

I had this happen. After trying everything, I quit and restarted the game. Then the robe came.
