Stuck after the multi target assassination mission

the only think on my map while on the road that a can see is the save house and the blimp icon

As far as I can see, you have already completed "Three's company" and "Scouting the port". Therefore you should have unlocked the Merryweather Heist preparation, and depending on which approach you've chosen for it, you should have one or two preparation missions available at the moment. In each approach, you need to steal a submersible, so you should have this mission available: http://gta.wikia.com/Minisub . Look around on your map, maybe you've missed the blip in the port?

Nope, he has completed 27 main story missions so far, as you can see in his rockstar social club checklist.

Nope don`t have any of those.I know i need to get a sub but don`t have the mission for it.And idk how to find/start it.

Then I'm affraid I have no idea what to do with that... every heist preparation mission has shown on the map for me with no delay :(

After completing fly training for Michael and gun training for Franklin. Play as Trevor, head back to the house apartment (with save point). On the wall there is mission details. Check the phone, Wade should've messaged you once or twice about a Chopper, head to "Fort Zancudo".
