Best car to drive on rain weather?

I've been wondering what the best car to drive when it rains. I thought all cars get reduced handling during rain, but f.g. little Issi handles way better than on sunny weather. Did someone check other cars?

Sultan handles pretty well on rain. Entity XF too (better than Zentorno).

Because all of the vehicles are based off of real vehicles.

Some of them are a mixed of two or three real vehicles. What would you say if the car is a mix of american and german car?

Warrener is very very good in the rain and in general all weather as well and terrain. It's only downside is I think it's top speed is like 7. Personally thinking it is the best all around Sedan in the game currently.

Sultan is very good perhaps best four door in the game in most respects, but it's breaking is horrible and it has a tendency of slipping and sliding still in rain personally.

Worst vehicle for driving in the rain is the Panto, bleeping fun doing it though. lol

All I know is I have the Sultan and Warrener on GTA Online and love them both. Sultan mostly for it's speed and traction, Warrener for it's all around good performance, just don't expect it to out run super fast sports cars. lol

A few cars I've noticed which completely suck in rain: Intruder, Emperor.
