I cant punch people anymore in online

Hey everyone im kinda confused because i cant punch people anymore in GTA Online just nothing happens when i press "Attack" not with fists neither with the bottle. Weapon wheel is working so passive mode is disabled.

Press M, scroll down and disable Passive mode.

Did you try relaunching the game? That can't be permanent.

Yes. Enable & Disable

Might not have been a bug, just a cheater who made it so you can't punch. I don't know all the cheats people can do, but they can take your guns and ammo.
