Rules are very simple, modding in online is not allowed. Cheaters get banned be sure of that, I saw alot of them here...

GTA 5 is superior in every shape and form.
Finally, someone agrees. There is no way for the game to know that you have a sound mod that replaces sounds if it-say-replaced the sound file with a different sound. All the game checks for are added files or edited script files or things like that. There is no way for it to know if you replace a texture or sound.
