can bikes/ police cars be customised in customs?

on gta online i tried a fire truck wudnt let me customise it
can i repaint and stuff bikes or police cars?

Bikes you can, but the others you've mentioned you can't.
Keep in mind that some bikes you get on the streets can't be modified, because they have a tracker installed.
BTW, I have a BATI801 and a Sanchez, all modified.

you can't modify emergency vehicles or store them in garage as they are considered "too hot".

Well, if it i's a lie, why is there an achievement to unlock free chromed rims for bikes[which works on the pc, you get the achievement but the rims aren't free for pc version, but they are for consoles]? Uhm? Tell me.

Have you ever tried to damage your bike before entering LSC? Sometimes I have to do that on PC in order to be able

* Social Club > Prizes > Rewards > Free Chromed rims - bikes [at the end of the list].

Back in the first few months after initial release you could store and modify (if only slightly) the Sheriff Department Granger, it was patched on the consoles and I assume the patch carried over to the PC.

Considering how many complaints rockstar got after they deleted the Sheriff Granger from peoples garages I'm amazed they're still standing by their decision not to allow players to store police cars, although I really wish I'd saved a copy of the URL from that statement from Rockstar about it. Them stating it was 'unrealistic' that criminals would have access to service vehicles, completely ignoring all the military hardware we have access to, was hilarious.

this game has no mod ability for those vehicles because your not allowed to, this isnt saints row which has full customization.

That's for Motorcycles, not Bicycles ...

That's for Motorcycles, not Bicycles ...

Yes I see your point, but the award is for BIKE, which R* means Motorcycles, so I thought he was talking about Motorcycles.
I've just checked it and in English it says BIKE in the award name, but in a different language it says Motorcycle.
