Keep in mind that some bikes you get on the streets can't be modified, because they have a tracker installed.
BTW, I have a BATI801 and a Sanchez, all modified.

Considering how many complaints rockstar got after they deleted the Sheriff Granger from peoples garages I'm amazed they're still standing by their decision not to allow players to store police cars, although I really wish I'd saved a copy of the URL from that statement from Rockstar about it. Them stating it was 'unrealistic' that criminals would have access to service vehicles, completely ignoring all the military hardware we have access to, was hilarious.

Yes I see your point, but the award is for BIKE, which R* means Motorcycles, so I thought he was talking about Motorcycles.
I've just checked it and in English it says BIKE in the award name, but in a different language it says Motorcycle.
