I cant get in a store in gta 5 why? i want to rob the cashier :( but i cant get iside help me.

I already unlock all the protags and after that i tried to rob a store as trevor but i cant get in the store this is so lame please help me and tell me why?

Tried both day and night time and checked out different locations for the stores, none of them show up on my screen as "stores" either.

Its either random or tied to how much you progressed in the game not sure
but sometimes i get random robable store being closed , or no cashier around (tho you can still rob the place even without cashier around . just go behind the counter and take money from the cash register)
