Stuck at first strangers and freaks mission

i cant switch characters and i tried reloading an old save and nothing,even tried doying an older mission and then trying again,can someone help with this

if nothing happens it is probably intended for a different character than the one you are using

i cant change characters and the icon is green and i can only use franklin

bumping up again.dont want to make another post,the game is unpayable by me,the only thing on the map is the ? sign i cant change characters and i tried everything sort of uninstaling and installing again and starting another new game,and from what i searched sometimes not even that helps

What Strangers n' Freaks are you talking about?

If you don't know, give us a screenshot of the SnF you're talking about. Another screenshot image of the map where the SnF is found will also help. A lot. So upload 'em both and be patient.

yea i will restart but heres the thing lot of ppl on the internet also restarted and nothing happend hence why i havent tried yet,but i will

Are you sure Frank has a car (or his custom car), and the car is parked near the Freak? If you don't have a car (or if it's too far away, maybe even stored in Frank's garage), she won't follow you.

If you absolutely tried 100% everything, try something stupid, like getting busted or dead. It may reset that Freaks mission.
