I can't change the language in GTA V via Regedit

I don't have the file in Regedit where I can change the language called 'Language'
I just have '(Standard)' and 'installfoldersteam'
Changing the language via Steam sucks because Steam always resets it after I restart my computer

Have you found a solution yet? I'm having the same problem as you described and i dont know what i have to change to change the ingame language.

I completely forgot about that, but I think what I did and that's works with every game, you have to right click GTA V in your library > Properties > Set launch options... and then you type in:
-language english if you want english language for example, of course you can change it into any language you want.
