how to unlock 4 armor slots (online)

You get more once you level up to higher levels

You have to level up. I'm not sure about the exact level, but I'd say around 12 - 14 levels you unlock a new armour slot.

Isn't it 1 every 10 levels? Well, something like that.. It's level based at least.

I'm level 66 and only have 5 armour slots. I was thinking it was 10 too, but it should be about 12 - 15 levels

According to my research, the max armour slots is at 10.

Someone stated that at level 135 you get all the slots, which would equal to about extra slot every 13.5 levels.

10 at 135 it seems so I seem off on every 10.

So to answer OP's question, you unlock a new armour slot every 13.5 levels (half of XP between a level)
