Anyway to 'quick buy' snacks and armor?

I love having spare armor and munching on snacks during Heists as much as the next guy, but when you fail a Heist after having used all of your spare armor/snacks you're pretty much butt-♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Not as far as I know. You have to visit the weapon shop & food store after each heist if you want to restock.

Eat snacks you can bind to the action key ( caps lock ) via the M menu in game but its not a perfect system since sometimes it starts the animation blowing your cover.
With armor rockstar doesnt provide any way to do it through a key.

You are right, i think that at level 135 you are able to store 10 armored vests and wear 1 so that should be enough for any heist. I understand your issue ... the stores have limited food stock and most of the times i have to go to several stores just to buy snacks lol

You can re-buy Armor Vest during the screen where u choose to do "Quick-Restart"

If we had the ability to "pack-rat" then what would be the point? As everything would be much too easy.

But it will only buy the one you are wearing and will not restock yuor inventory ... thats the issue.

Sorry for necroing but if you have an office you can max out your snacks for free, still can't buy in bulk though

if you "aim" with a weapon and eat snacks you don't get the stupid slow animation, or eat in a vehicle.

You can have free snacks from the assistant in the facility or CEO office or from the barmaid in the Arcade
