GTA Online Not able to move the vehicle

I noticed that sometimes in a mission (I'm not sure if it's only happens in a mission) but it happend to my friend in a free roam, to me in a heist setup where it was on time and we failed because of this bug and to other friends too.
I was just not able to move the vehicle, literally cant drive it doesnt move the vehicle, it just starts the vehicle but cant steer or drive or anything but I when I go out of the vehicle I can walk run and everything, I go back in the car and it doesnt move. after a while it's fixed and I can drive but it takes like 10 minutes to wait.
Does it happen to you people as well?

yep, not all the time, but it happens once or twice every 100 missions give or take

When this happens just getting out and then back into the car fixes it for me. Not sure why it's making you wait.
