Heaviest SUV/VAN whom you can own?

So this is what i need, a huge brick wall on wheels, namely a heavy car or truck or anything that can be fit into my garage that can block a huge part of the road and if possible tip over trucks.
I tried my Granger, Merryweather Mesa and Speedo Van, but they arent doing the job much.
Any suggestions?
Limits:
-It cant be a Offroad/Heightned vehicle
-A Non Heist vehicle.

The normal insurgent is quite a beast i've noticed and it will go into your garage unlike the insurgent with the gun on it.

Definitly the Insurgent! 4 Direct RPG hits cannot bring it down and takes 3-4 Direct Tank hit to destroy.

Yeah +1 for Insurgent! It costs 675k (I think) and is a beast of a car.

There is also the Vapid Guardian that dosent requiere a heist, its large and has little difficulty plowing through traffic.

Hm, not that I know of, you could lower the height of the car via Suspension Mods. Do you mean by having their legs shot from under the car or while inside it?

You can lower the Vapid Guardians suspension by quite alot if i recall correctly. Not like the other cars where its barely visible but really alot.

ok lets try a few options... The dominator has some weight to it so i can ram stuff around while still beeing a "low" car... The sandking (modded a bit) Rams like a truck and can block port of the road.... But what you are asking for is the heist cars.... Nothing in the game (part from a truck) will stick to the road if an insurgent rams it, and it's a beast of a "tank"... Takes more hits then a tank to....
But if you want a "new player car" get a musckle car... Great speed, ok handeling and then can survive a few hard rammings... No idea if this ♥♥♥♥ is spelled right tho xD

Edit : you only need about 10 to block a normal road.

Oh, I forgot Vapid Guardians is classed as Industrial instead of offroad (can still be used in offrad races though), when bought it comes in not off road tires, so I guess is more for on Road.

huntley s is pretty much a non heist vehicle that is higly durable and quick, can shove small cars easily but not bigger cars
