"A New Perspective" Did Not Unlock

Just as the title says. I just started this game Sunday and already have beaten the story and put 16 hours in on first person. However i did not get the achievement for it. So last night i left my game running in first person. When i woke up it said i had played over a day in first person, but still no achievement. Is this online only or something? Anyone else have this happen?

Just bumping to find out if i'm the only one having this issue. idk what else to do but assk the community.

The achievements have been broken long before the PC released, pain in the ass.

On console they would suggest un-linking from the social club, starting up and playing the game for a while, then re-linking.
Not sure what they would suggest for PC

As you can see i've played 16 hours in first person but only 14 as Franklin. I know the issue isn't playing as Franklin for 15 hours, as i set my pc to just run all night once and it came out to a day playing as him with no achievement still.
