To all heist hosters and other people ' heavy combat armor'
Ok so I found that alot of people don't know about this, so...

There are a piece of armor called 'heavy combat armor' that you can buy in any clothes shop/gun shop which reduces your dmg taken during heists by 50%, but slows your running.
The armor looks like this - https://pp.vk.me/c624725/v624725574/247c9/MJhKlh5Ht7Q.jpg

If you're host, please make user saved outfits as our heist clothing, instead of choosing from selection, that way we will take reduced dmg, and less likely to die...

If you find yourself dying easily, and you do not have heavy combat gear on, I suggest you doing so, as it is very helpful, also dont forget to buy normal armor and snacks from the shop, and use it during your heists.

PLEASE SPREAD THIS ACCROSS THE GAME, tell your friends, squad members, random people

Does that only work in heists or other jobs/free roam?
that's actually a great idea

That combined with a high rank helps a lot, since you will have much more effective health...

Armor is expensive (5000$ x10) compared to snacks, it also seems useless to buy everytime from what I've seen. As it wears off with a few shots even with maxed Strength skill and is NOT affected by the heavy utility suit in the heists either.

You can actually takes 5 times the damage on health before you die compared to armor (assuming you're rank 100+). Snacks recover a bunch of health (Meteorite & Ego chaser 25-30% while P's n Q's 10%) and you can carry from 10 to 20 of each. You just have to cover/sprint/be in a vehicle to gain a faster effect.

Also it's wise to use a Bulletproof helmet together with the Kevlar as it seems to protect from headshots, both Player and NPC damage (up to 3 shots before dying)

Problem with heavy armour is ... when you need to run [for whatever reason], you can't.

You feel it far more when trying to swim, running isn't THAT much of an issue if you have max stamina to be honest.

Yea, jumping does helps you to move faster, rather than just running, but that reduced dmg is a huge difference.

I would take the armor anyday rather than being able to sprint

Just keep jumping for more speed.

I wonder if the armor/"slower speed" would cause issues if going for the challenges that hinges on you beating a heist in less than X minutes.

thats a good question, but in my opinion, probably it more depended on players skill/technique/approach, rather then this, since as everyone is saying, then ure jumping, you basically doing almost the same speed as sprinting

Yeah, but 4 dudes jumping all over the place with no air-control since it's not Mario 64 could mess up the timing :P
