In windows there is something called the volume mixer. There you can mute any application whenever you want. So simple, yet so difficult.

you cant turn of the volume on the gta loading screen.
You know that you can alt-tab in windows right?. So how is disabling sound in the volume mixer not a solution?. It friggin takes 2 seconds.
You CAN NOT disable only loading screennmusic and still listen to the radio in a car!
