Titan in Single Player.. is there even a way to steal it?

Has anyone done this impossible task of retrieving Titan from Fort Zancudo

if so .. tell me how you did it
cause after 16 attempts i can safely say its impossible even with PAINKILLER code

I'd like to know too... I have my Lazer. I'm going for the Rhino next but number 3 on the list is the Titan. Lazer was hell to steal... Got shot down or had engine failure more times than I care to count. I can imagine on something as big and as ungainly as the Titan, it would be even more difficult.

if im not 100% wrong, i think while using franklins special ability "the weird slowmotion car thing" police wont come after you so you can use a fast car, enable the special while entering the army base and drive next to the titan. you will get police after you while exiting the car but should have enough time to get in the titan and drive away. im not sure if they changed this or not but i remember it did work before.

Titan is a plane ... that big cargo plane i cant drive away with it..
and as soon as i get airborne i get shot down by homing missiles and there is no way to dodge them with this plane cause its too big and slow

It can be done; but I really like to know what all they've done/changed, as I remember playing back on PS3, even in mid 2014 (if u want an idea of version) it was so much easier to do. IDK why but on PC it seems impossible. And this is coming from someone who had no issues doing it before. I've stolen them from people in Online before, but in SP it's really hard to deal with the Military AI within the base for some reason. Especially once the tanks are rolling about. They aimbot so freaking much. IDK maybe cause such smooth FPS now on PC, it just seemed more difficult. IDK...

Oh the Titan Plane? Nah I'm talking about the Tanks.

It can sometimes very rarely spawn on LSIA (Had this happen only once. Don't know why you'd want a huge cargo plane but that's my 2 cents)

Take off but DO NOT head south, try to fly low on Mount Josiah, most missiles will hit the ground, and if you have the right elevation, the blast will not hurt the plane. (significantly)

i barely take off and i get hit by 3 missiles in a row
IF im lucky enough to take off without tanks pulverizing me first

i dont think retrieving this plane on Next gen GTA is possible
maybe it was possible on X360 or PS3

Actually it is, there's plenty of videos of people doing it. Is it easy, or common, NO

It's easy as hell to get during the Trevor's Strangers and Freaks mission that introduces hunting. Instead of going after the last deer, you can instead opt to roam anywhere on the map, including Fort Zancudo, and not only will trespassing there not incur a wanted level, no military personnel even spawn, making stealing anything from the base trivial. Just steal what you want, take it to the airfield, and head back and finish the mission, and your prizes will be available from the airfield afterward. The only caveats are that you can't fire any weapons, because the deer will hear you even from all the way across the map and you'll fail the mission, and your goodies will only be saved on the initial playthrough of the mission, not when replaying it through the menu.

yea gotta try that .. tho i havent really done much Strangers and Freaks yet .. i have whole map covered in question marks.. so there is hope yet for succesfuly stealing a Titan

If you have an Adder/Zentorno its really easy. Second method low flying chopper.
