Report a translation problem
I also have this problem with 2 resolutions, one being 1366x768. Not sure about the other one, but it was one of the 1280s. It's just not scaling to fullscreen.
It's not a problem that appears just in GTA V, since i also had this problem with Dying Light. So it might be screen or graphic driver related.
That just toggles fullscreen. But he ( and me ) are already in Fullscreen. Its just not scaling the picture to... well... actually taking the whole screen.
I want to run this game at 1280 x 720 in an actual full window with no black borders around it making the image smaller.
Anyway, I got it working. I just lowered my desktop res to 1280 x 720 and now that border isn't there anymore. Game works pretty well on a Surface Pro 2.
