The cellphone is only really useful for selfies, for actual screenshots its better to actual record footage with F1, then open up the clip in the Rockstar Editor. That way you have full control over the camera placement, DoF, as well as hiding the hud. For example, heres a shot I took last night, which is something not possible to do ingame:

I think it might. IIRC, programs like that which have their own overlay will interfere with Steam. Try turning Fraps off.

Yes, exit fraps before starting gta5 then start fraps again once gta5 has loaded to get steam overlay and fraps working.
