PC issue: Managers don't give property missions

I'm playing PC version of GTA V. I'm at about 65% completition. I own Car Scrapyard and Tequi-la-la by Michael. I never received any manager missions during more than 10 hours playing by Michael. I assume, it is not OK, some sort of glitch, perhaps.

Scrapyard missions tend to trigger when you are near it. Spend some time in that neighborhood. They are working fine for me on PC.

The scrapyard doesn't give missions, you blow up stuff to earn money from it.

Not sure what closedsocket is on about to be fair but I'm right. :)

The tequila house gives lots well for me anyway, kinda strange it doesn't for you.

That is strange for me too. Micahel lives not far from Tequi-la-la. I already know that missions spawn when you are not far from property. But i'm sure that i spend lots of time in vinevood. I checked in-game phone settins also, it is not in offline modeOK, i will try to buy some more properties and see what will happen.

I also googled this issue. Glitch with not appearing property mission - occured on console versions in 2013, but that was long time ago. Seems that no one else had this problem, but me.
I am verifying game cache right now. Will see if this help.

Try sleeping saving and loading because when I was doing some acheivements and kept failing I kept quick loading to save time and got spammed with missions from the tequlia house.

Try that to see if it triggers one.

Thanks, pal. I slept a lot during completing "epsilon program". I actually bought Tequila-la-la right after that (i used stolen "apocalypse fonds" to buy Tequila-la-la). After that... maybe i just played as Michael not so often.

That might be it I play on Michael when I can he is my fave, so I get a lot of calls from the T House.

So, i have completeted the game, own almost every property. Never got a single call from property manager

I've had 2 'save the van' jobs from the weed shop on the beachfront and 2 taxi jobs from the cab company in the last 10 hrs of playtime (with story finished). I've had none since they released the last patch...hope that makes sense lol.

Yeah, I'm in a similar position to Brother Bedlam. Have done a couple of taxi missions, a Smoke on the Water mission and a Tequila-la-la mission, but haven't been offered anything in the last three weeks of in-game action.

Any updates on this? I've got one mission with Michael from the Ciname once, but quite a few weeks have passed ingame, and no new calls...

It's not just a PC issue, happening to me on the PS4 too, (used to get the missions on PS3). Rockstar must be aware of this, there's plenty of people reporting it. They just don't care.

I may have accidently stumbled upon a quick fix for this. Using the mod called "Menyoo" i synced the game time to my system time, and once i did that i got a property mission. It seems that every time i turn on sync to system time i get a mission. i can make a video if you want showing how its done. thats if any of you still actually care.
