What did everyone buy with the money from the jewelry store heist?
I'm currently sitting on $700,000 and I have no idea what I should spend it on. I've bought the garage as Michael, so I'm thinking of buying a high-end car, but I'm not sure.

What did you spend it on?

Don't spend it. And don't do Lester's assassination missions until after you've completed the main storyline.

SPOILER: Before the assassination missions Lester gives you hints at what to invest in in the stock market to make big bucks. By the end of the game you'll have millions to invest across all three characters. Look up an online investment guide and you can end up with $100+ million per character.
