how to change which version to use

ive got GTa v and its on steam, how do i select which version of gta v to use. at the moment i am at version 1.0.350.1. i want to use version 1.0.335.2

Buy retail and do not auto update or block the game from using the Internet after you've gotten the patch you want . Steam however once it's patched there's no going back. Unless you reinstall and stop it for updating , not sure if that works though .

I think if you re-install it will have the update installed with it no exceptions as to "help" the player not have to wait for the update to download.
