You can't use your own music for the in-game editor. Only way to do that is by using another editing software.
Erm just wiht in game settings, record no music, then render out the video, then edit with a proper edit program and add music, simple
and how can I export the video to my pc ?
C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\Rockstar Games\GTA V\videos\rendered
That's the location.
