Is it true by raising your stats ( Stamina and Strength)

You can change your Characters body appearance?

No, Stamina at Maximum increases your duration you can sprint for (unlimited at Max) and Strength reduces damage taken while increasing melee damage done and your ability to climb ladders faster.

It has no effect on physical appearance.

Max Str might be important but to do so requires you to stomp on a car with a player in it for a long period of time.

Do a Gerald mission and start punching people. Each 20 punches is 1% Strenght.
